Clemens Kolbitsch is an architect/engineer in the VMware OCTO xLabs organization, working on API security for modern applications (i.e., monitoring and protecting Kubernetes-based workloads). Prior to xLabs, Clemens was one of the founding engineers of the Lastline security solution, working on malware analysis and detection, and scaling Lastline as cloud-native service. Lastline was acquired by VMware and integrated into VMware's network virtualization (NSX), where Clemens worked as architect integrating Lastline in VMware services.
